The hotel offers spacious and well-organized rooms that are spotlessly clean and very comfy, located on a clean beach with good food. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff like Susan making the stay enjoyable. The location provides a peaceful resort feel away from the hustle and bustle, although some improvements are needed. The dining experience varies, with great beachside options but some lacking variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities at a reasonable price.
The hotel offers rooms facing the swimming pool and the beach on the 2nd or 3rd floor, yet some were a bit run down. The location amidst the Kenyan sea coast, close to the beach, stores, and the airport, was amazing. The dining experience during the dinner buffet was okay. The facilities were well-maintained.
I stayed at this hotel with mixed feelings. The rooms were comfortable and bright, with air conditioning and a simple, clean setup. However, the Deluxe room with an Ocean view wasn't quite as expected, offering only a view of palm trees and rocks instead of the ocean. I did appreciate the plate of fruits on the side table, but the lack of a safe box was a concern. One of the staff members serving food was quite rude, especially with the mask-wearing policy. The bathroom had some unwelcome visitors in the form of cockroaches, and despite my request to change rooms after a two-day wait, I ended up giving up. The hotel could use some updates, especially with the walls needing repainting.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were large and clean, with breathtaking views of the sea and super comfy beds. Being right next to the beach was a major highlight. However, the pools could use some maintenance and the floors were a bit slippery.
